This original gouache artwork is hand-painted, infused with protective herbs and new moon water, and is consecrated and blessed in sacred ritual for protection and shielding with Hekate and the three Gorgons- monstrous, powerful, serpent haired sisters (Medusa, Stheno & Eurayle).

Hekate, Goddess of Witchcraft, has a special relationship with the Gorgons within the specific Hekatean magic system that I use for ritual. The Gorgons are indeed fierce beings, but are worked with under Hekate’s control and command. This painting is consecrated, blessed and enchanted to:

-Act as a protective shield for you and others in your space

-Ward off psychic attacks 

-Turn back all evil 

Hang at your Altar, above your doorway, in your vehicle, or wherever you need steel-scaled protection.

This painting comes varnished on a handmade black lace frame that is ready to hang. The painting itself is 4x4 in., but including the lace is about 5.5x5.5 in. round.

All handmade lace frames have a ribbon bow attached to the frame and come with a complementary clear self-adhesive hangar so you can hang your new work of art immediately upon opening if you wish -no tools or supplies needed! I also install high-absorbency watercolor paper to the back of the frame so you can mix your art with mine! Add your own personal sigil art, oils, or anything you wish to add your own energy signature to this piece.
